Orders are placed through this website with a minimum of 6 meals, plus a $10 delivery fee. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering, processed securely by Square. JJ Performance Meals does not see or store your card details at any point. Square handles this directly.
Ordering closes each Friday at 11:59 PM for delivery the following Monday. Orders placed after the cutoff will be held for the next available Monday.
Subscribers select their meals for the coming week through their account and can change that selection at any time before the Friday 11:59 PM cutoff. Once the cutoff passes, the saved card is charged automatically at 12:30 AM on Saturday for the meals selected. If that payment is declined, it is retried once at 12:30 AM on Sunday, and you'll be emailed either way.
You can cancel or change an order any time before the Friday 11:59 PM cutoff, and you'll receive a full refund for that order. Subscribers can edit their box or cancel their subscription directly from their account page; for one-off orders, email julianjelacic@gmail.com.
Cancelling a subscription stops all future weekly charges. If you cancel after a week has already been charged, that week still goes ahead as paid for.
Once the cutoff has passed, ingredients have been purchased and preparation begins, so cancellations after this point cannot be refunded. If something's gone wrong with your order after delivery, get in touch directly and it'll be sorted on a case by case basis.
Meals are delivered on Monday between 4:00 and 9:00 PM to the address provided at checkout. You'll receive a text with a closer estimated time on the day. It's your responsibility to make sure someone is available to receive the delivery, or that a safe location is arranged in advance by contacting julianjelacic@gmail.com.
Meals are prepared in a home-style commercial setting that also handles common allergens, including gluten, dairy, egg, and nuts. If you have a serious allergy or intolerance, email before ordering so it can be discussed directly, rather than relying on the dish descriptions alone.
When you order, the following is collected: your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. This is used only to fulfil and communicate about your order, and is not sold or shared with any third party outside of the services needed to run this business, being Square for payment processing and Formspree for order notifications.
